Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare

When you say you are going to call someone back, it’s good customer service to actually follow up that promise. Nobody on the team ever asked to confirm if the information regarding my Jiffy Lube account for my car is correct which it wasn’t. I called to get that corrected and they were so busy that they couldn’t fulfill something that can take less than five minutes. I really was going to make this my go to place moving forward, but if they can’t even fulfill a simple promise like that, I would much rather go somewhere else.

Such a great vibe! Came in 2 oil changes ahead of us, got into a bay within 10 minutes. Everybody’s making jokes having a good time, makes you forget how much you hate getting car work done xD The techs did everything I wanted and nothing didn’t. Would definitely recommend for automotive needs.

Had my transmission fluid changed and Windshield chip repaired by Shane and he did a great job. In and out as fast as they could, super cool crew who know what they are doing.

Very helpful very quick and very nice customer service. In total at four people help me and all of them. I felt like we’re going above and beyond with good customer service. Very refreshing from what I have seen the customer service with other companies well done team. I had my car emissions at around noon.

I went in last week to get my emissions and registration done. Everyone there was so helpful and nice. I was in and out in probably less than 20 minutes. So efficient and easy. They also gave me a coupon book and each coupon that is used goes to helping homeless vets. Totally awesome! I will definitely be back.
