Daggett's Garage

Big thank you to daggets garage for helping me with a flat on a back road. After calling AAA the first guy arrived in 10 min to make sure I was in a safe location and to see what was needed for a repair or tow. He called the tow driver and let him know what was needed and 10min later the tow truck showed up. The driver quickly did a repair plug to my tire and I was on my way. 30-40min total time. Awesome!! Thank you!!

Dedicated, skilled, fair tow driver. The only driver who could get us out of a tricky situation. Kind man; absolutely recommend!

I always dreaded getting work done anywhere because it seemed like eveybody was out to scam me. Here you never have to worry about that. Good and honest work all the time.

I had a small problem (a shield under my car came loose and was dragging the pavement) and stopped by Daggett's in hopes of getting a quick fix, but honestly, not expecting it. They were very busy, all mechanics hard at work when I walked into the employee only door by mistake (it's clearly marked, I just was not very observant being in a small fix). I am not from the area, drive an high end car and walked right into the shop-3 strikes against me. They could have made me wait, charged me an arm and a leg, but nope, they fixed it fast and asked for VERY little money to help me get on my way, all along being as friendly as could be. I cannot thank them enough nor say enough nice things about the way I was treated and taken care of.

So I hit a deer with my truck in Penn yan two years ago, and my truck was towed to this garage to quote and repair it for insurance. They assured me that they do body work and mechanical repairs all the time, "it will be no problem at all". I initially wasn't going to leave a review regarding the number of problems I've noticed since getting it "repaired" by Daggets garage. Welp here we are two years later and my radiator fails. I figure no big deal, I'll just swap it over myself. Upon taking it out, I again come across their "excellent" repair job... Hoses & sensors roughly zip tied to supports, missing hardware (it's an older NY truck, these bolts don't just rattle out) and the icing on my experience & why I am finally leaving a review is the lower radiator support bolts.
