Brian must have been having a bad day. I was told to drop my car off for a Monday morning repair. At 4:30 PM, I went to pick it up and he was just getting started on it. To his dissatisfaction, I said, nicely, that I would wait around if he was going to be done that day. Apparently, this upset him and said he would fix it now, but not to return! It only took him 10 minutes to repair. He wouldn't even accept payment from me! Brian needs to learn customer etiquette. The first couple of visits I was happy with, but apparently he wasn't showing his true personality.

Brian Knapp is my go to guy for my auto repairs, maintainence, inspections etc. I am a collector and do a lot of my own work on my vintage cars (4) but take my modern models (4)to him. Very honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced. He is a master mechanic.

Brian is the best. Been going here for years. Such a great guy and awesome prices and so flexible. Would recommend for anyone in penn Yan. Once you get your services done there you will want to stay.

I recently needed a inspection and exhaust work done on my daughters car. I fully expected the bill to be at least 250$ got the bill it was only 95 and some change . That is the second time that has happened to me at that shop. It insent like I don't know anything . I just cant do my own work any more .I am saying I trust him and was so shocked that the bill was so fair , Again Brian thank you for being hornist . Paul Dykeman.

He was great. He brought me right over and showed me exactly what need to be fixed. He gave me a great price too!
