Great experience! Dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday morning for inspection and had a detailed quote for repairs by late afternoon. They were able to get the car back to us on Friday after suspension repairs to the front and rear, as well as a full alignment. They provided us with the alignment printout and explained what it showed when we picked up. Also, we were pleasantly surprised that the final cost turned out to be less than the quote, which was already far below the quote from the dealer and another local shop. Thank you for a relatively low-stress experience!

Great first experience at Dale Feste! Easy drop off the night before and FANTASTIC communication while the work was being done the next day. Thorough review of systems with explanations of their recommendations. Could easily accept or decline extra work with the online portal which was really nice. Not pushy at all to upsell extra services. Highly recommend and will definitely be back since they are so close to me!

Always liked dale Feste Automotive. They are knowledgeable and will be upfront of anything needed or quote you for things you’ve asked for. Definitely as a woman recommend going there because they HAVE NOT tried the “because you’re a woman” you need $10,000 in repairs. No they will tell me the most critical thing needed and still offer to perform the repair or suggest a better time to complete it if it’s something that can be left temporarily.

It’s been a year since I Brought my 2004 Toyota Sienna in for an oil leak. The quote was priced fair as compared to other shops. They replaced my valve cover gasket and spark plugs. Hasn’t had any leaks yet which means they did a great job. Not sure what the warranty is as I forgot to ask. I appreciate it when shops share the warranty policy without having to ask. That really helps ensure that you are in good hands when bringing your car to the shop. The repair was done in a reasonable timeframe and only took a few days. They provided pictures of other issues of the vehicle which I appreciated.

I called them early in the afternoon and they got me in for an oil change. I waited while they did it. I'm happy with their service. I was a new homeowner in the neighborhood and received a nice discount. I would definitely recommend them!
