Jiffy Lube

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today. The tech was very transparent and walked me through everything. I came in for an oil change, air filter, and tire rotation, and the team took their time with my vehicle and made sure everything was done right. The guy who helped me was professional, informative, and really made sure I was taken care of. I was in and out smoothly, and I’ll definitely be back for future services. Highly recommend!

I went in for a battery change, coolant replacement, and oil change. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that I was quoted $440 for a new battery only to find out it only cost $260. I was told that installation was free so this number didn’t make sense. Considering the coolant replacement was an unexpected expense, I was really alarmed by the price of the battery. I went right to the place where they source their parts from and purchased it for the appropriate amount and brought it back a few days later. The following experience made me tempted to go for a full five stars!! When I came back and explained the situation I was given incredible service!! They went to put the battery in only to find that I was mistakenly given the wrong one. The guy went down to the auto parts store HIM

I have moved to using Jiffy Lube over one of their competitors because the service has been fantastic. The team at the Hopkins location is consistently fast and respectful. I love that they remember me and are consistently offering a great service.

Driving from NE to MN a lot recently and they took good care of me, despite being over my oil change miles and coolant miles! Recommended services that were needed and took care of them quickly!

They were very nice and actually changed my oil instead of just putting more in and they told me about things i should get done in the future before they get worse. They looked like they knew what they were doing which was refreshing.
