I took my vehicle for a transmission flush. They found a major issue and gave me a loaner vehicle while they ordered parts and coordinated with the warranty issuer for a new transmission.. A few weeks later, my vehicle was finished. I was so grateful for the excellent service and loaner. I am happy they handled everything and I didn't have to make any phone calls.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a Buick Enclave from Dale Howard!!! Joe was fabulous. He asked what I was seeking and what price range I was looking at. He was able to take me inside, show me the inventory they had in what I was looking for. After a few minutes, Joe had the first and only vehicle I needed to see ready for me to look over, inspect, and test drive. I was able to take the vehicle for a quality test drive and immediately knew it was the one I wanted. After that, they were able to get everything squared away and had me out the door in short order fashion. I appreciate all the help and quality of support I received when purchasing my vehicle.

Went for an oil n̈ grease service . Got appt right away. Service was good. I waited . Nice customer lounge area. Replaced 2 air filters. Asked to clear dash codes. Oops forgot that one.

I’m gonna say a couple things here! The repair was crazy expensive! That part sucked. But I have my truck back and that’s awesome. I can’t say enough good things about Doug in service! That guy helped us out a ton and was supper reliable helping me to get my repair done. My truck broke down on the highway I dropped it off to them Doug stepped in took care of it all! Thankful for the sale Howard team even if it did cost an arm and leg and some kidney.

Dan was great to work with. Scheduled us in right away. Had the car ready in hours but the weather had gotton pretty bad and he kept the car over night and inside. Great service and fixed our issue!
