I would highly recommend this shop. Dale's work is very good. Had my car done sooner then expected. He even gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off. Vicki is absolutely so friendly and explains every detail. She even helped me out on my deductible. Just a good experience!

Went in today and got an estimate on some front end scratches on my 2015 Ford Escape where I misjudged a clearance and kissed a mail truck's bumper. Another body shop quoted me an amount that was shocking! Now — Vicki could not have been nicer and more professional to deal with. Dale was fine too. The price quoted was EXCELLENT, as I told Vicki I was paying for it myself and not claiming it on my insurance. I don't "usually" do too much damage to my cars, but when I do, I will go to Dale & Vicki's Collision Center to fix any damages in the future!! UPDATE 05/22/24: They fixed my Ford Escape front passenger scratches. Looks like new!! Thanks to Dale & Vicki's!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was lucky to find out about this shop through a friend. Dale fixed my car within the promised timeframe; his work is perfect!!, and the price is the best you could find around here. Not only that, Vicki is a very nice lady; she makes sure to communicate with you thoroughly; answer any questions you might have and put your mind at ease. Highly recommend this business to anyone who needs auto-body works.

I have known Dale and Vicki for 20 years and have always taken my vehicles to them for repairs as well have worked for them over the years. Never can say anything bad about the work and always make you feel like family. I refer everyone to them that I know if they need help with a repair.

I am so glad I found Dale and Vicki's Collision repair! So my daughters minor bumper ding turned out to be a great experience! What wonderful people! I learned more about collision repair from them in a few short visits than I had ever knew before. They explained everything they were doing right down to their process for matching the paint! The work they completed is flawless! The repair was done exactly when they said it would be! I would highly recommend them! I know if I have any work that needs done in the future they have my business for life! I feel that I not only have a place to take a damaged car but new friends I can stop by and chat with!
