They were so easy to work with and accommodating in my situation. I was in need of a rental vehicle while my pickup was being fixed due to an accident. Everything worked smoothly with the insurance company and Dale's Rentals. Would highly recommend them!! Allison was awesome on the phone and in person:)

Broke down and had to put my vehicle in the shop. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about their inventory. They also were courteous enough to come and pick my family and I up so we could get there to get the car rented! I would recommend them in a pinch or in a planned event.

On our way to Des Moines IA for a wedding we experienced car troubles just east of York NE. I called a GMC dealership in Lincoln and they said they couldn't see me until end of next week nor could they recommend someone local. In a google search, found Dales Auto about 7 miles away and very glad we did!! Jo was more than accommodating and rented us a brand new Van at a very reasonable rate. Also, pointed us to a local mechanic if we needed them.

I talked with Allison to set up a u-haul rental and she was super kind and helpful! Great customer service.

I had car trouble while visiting York. Dale's took care of me (even picked me up from my campground where I was broken down). Good experience.
