Easy scheduling, ready to start work when I arrived. The Mechanic was very thorough and advised of additional work to be done, which was scheduled right away. Miranda was very helpful scheduling my appointment to find the best time for me. While waiting, I was impressed how she engaged with customers and had knowledge of repair questions from other customers. Thank you Velocity.....I'll be back.

We lost the only key we had for our 2004 Corvette. Chris was able to look up all the info and got us not one but two new keys and they work. I am breathing again even though I wasn’t the one who lost the original😉p
