Dale's Service

Used to really like the guy. Brought all my tires here to support someone local. Dealt with his attitude and his wife's attitude but now it's to the point I can't deal with it anymore. They are always cranky and always in a bad mood. Don't need the negativity. I used to even pay them double what they were asking to fix a flat and they still had a bad attitude. Would love to support you too but can't deal with the negativity and the attitude

Unbelievably rude and poor customer service. From the beginning of my engagement with them, it was apparent that they were not thrilled to help me with my car troubles. In addition to this, they seemed to have a lack of basic parts. All I needed was one tire for my pretty basic sedan, and they did not have any tires that fit. Even if they did, I would probably not trust anyone with that type of attitude to perform work on something that needs to function in a safe and efficient manner. I truly wish I could give a 0-star rating, because giving Dale's 1 star seems a little too generous.

They really did me a solid. I needed breaks and rotors for my work vehicle. They knew i needed the car later in the afternoon and drove to olathe to get the parts i needed that same morning. It was only a couple of hours and they got my van back in action. They spoil their customers. No hidden expenses.

Dales Old School. He picks and chooses what work he'll do. Doesn't do diagnostic tests. But for basic maintenance he's great! Had my tires rotated recently. He only charged $15.00!

Good hardworking people with great knowledge of the area.they found me when I didn't even know where I was. Awesome prices. Didn't try to gouge you like most places. Will use again every time.
