I am so glad to have a great auto shop local. Have brought vehicle in multiple times for work and always had great service. Had one issue where it was inconsistent and would go away. It took some time to track the issue down but I'm sure most places wouldn't have taken the time and just sent it out to have to take it back in again. The only downside here is they are always very busy so can take some time, but that is just a testament of a great shop

John is probably the only mechanic I will want to take my vehicles to. He was recommended by a Coworker and he took care of my car and didnt try to overcharge or upsell me on anything. Without a doubt one of the best experiences ive had getting work done on a vehicle. John didnt gouge me on the price like almost every other place will. 6 out of 5 Stars. Thank you sir!

Great place to get something done! Can sometimes be a struggle to get a reasonable time frame, but they do a great job when you get in!

This place is a pretty good place. They did some work on my car recently I didn't get the chance to meet the guys that did the work on my car but I want to say they did excellent work on my car . It feels almost brand new . And it didn't take much time at all. I would definitely use them Again if needed. Thank you guys for your service out in DeSoto !!

What an experience! After being quoted nearly triple at other "Fancy" repair shops in West Lenexa/Shawnee. I located a family ran and locally owned shop less than 10 min away! Sure it wasn't the fancy squeaky clean shops with a fast talking, slick saleman to upsell ya on some repair you didnt need. Joes Auto was perfect for the budget and i dont mind organized chaos. Quick Service, Quick Repair, Honest Pricing, No Issues!
