Dale is a committed and honored gentleman. Great service, communication and very polite. 100/10. Even with bad weather he was able to replace our semi-truck's windshield.

On January 17th, while taking my son on a college visit at OPU, we encountered a snow storm which resulted in the entire back glass of my son's truck being struck and shattered. On the way back home, Dale helped us get a new rear window installed so we didn't have to make that 6hr trip in the freezing cold. He went out of his way on a Saturday evening to help us out. I couldn't be more thankful and I highly recommend anyone in the area to reach out to him! Thank you again, Dale!

I am impressed by the value that Dale’s offers! I needed the front windshield replaced on my 2011 Ford F150. I called several places in town and Dale’s beat them all on price It was able to get us scheduled for the following day. Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of his control, he had to reschedule, but he communicated this with us ahead of time. He was able to get it done the following morning. He was quick, professional, kind, and very friendly. He also offers a warranty on his workmanship and free rock chip repairs. Now I ecstatically recommend Dale‘s auto glass to anyone needing his services.

THIS IS WHY I GIVE DALE'S TEXAS AUTO GLASS A LOW RATING. Had a appointment set with Dale's texas auto glass only for the owner to eventually cancel on me and not call until 11:30 pm. My windshield was completely busted through to where i had to drive extremely slow on the road to get back and forth to work because I'm a CNA. My first original appointment was on July 3rd but I called a week ahead of time to reschedule earlier due to having a set morning-night client in Dumas. Dale said he could get me in on the 24th of June which was perfect for me bc I only had to go three days with my broken windshield. ONLY for Dale to accidentally text the wrong number (me) "what day would you like to reschedule". I was confused because i never wanted to reschedule so I message him letting him know
