After an incident where my hood flew up and smashed my windshield. My car was towed to Dalton Collision. Shelly and Breanna kept me posted every day of the process of the repairs. I went to Dalton since they were the only certified Tesla repair shop and they did an excellent job with the repair. It is so seamless you cannot tell what was done. They also cleaned the entire car, including the inside, which was a nice surprise and touch. The only delays in the car’s repair time came from waiting on Tesla to send parts, Dalton moved quickly once they had them.

Our truck has been to Dalton Auto Repair on Emory road Knoxville, for 2 separate repairs. Each time they have provided excellent communication, updates & their craftsmanship is tier #1. A deer hit our car and did considerable damage. I have comprehensive insurance so luckily the repair was covered. It was recommended by a friend I go to Dalton over some other body repair shops in the area. I’m glad I listened. The entire process was seamless as it could be, thanks to the whole team. Alexis and Shelly were both good with staying in contact, and I am not sure who all worked on the car but Wesley was the name I got, and man what a great job. Everything looks like new. Body and paint. Highly recommended going here.

Shelly and Jeffrey went above and beyond with excellent customer service. They walked me through the process of how long my car would be in the shop and what would need to be done. The insurance company provided me a rental car for 7 days, and kept me informed the whole time my car was in the shop. They communicated each day which step of the repair was taking place. They went above and beyond. The staff at Dalton Collision made my 2010 Honda fit look like a new car. They put a new front bumper on. They even shined my tires, washed, and waxed my car. It made me feel so happy to see it. It drives well too. I am so grateful for the staff at Dalton Collision!!! I will recommend Dalton Collision to my friends and family.
