recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the Hyundai service department. I scheduled an appointment specifically for a check-engine light issue and was told I needed to wait two weeks so their specialist could diagnose the problem. I accepted that, assuming the appointment meant my car would actually be seen that day. When I arrived, the situation only got worse. I was told I would need to leave my car for 3–5 days just for a diagnosis—something that was never mentioned when I booked the appointment. When I asked for a loaner car, they said none were available they have to put me on waitlist and getting one would depend on what they find during diagnostics. They also told me I might have to pay for the diagnostic , despite the fact that my car is only two years old and stil

Don’t go to Dalton because we made appointment for the same problem 3 times and we make sure that we have the rental car but when we dropped of the car. They said that no car available for rent! Please dont trust what they said! They did not keep their words!
