This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! ‼BEWARE‼to all my fellow Subaru peeps that have custom rims DO NOT take your car to this spot to be services. I took my car in for the routine maintenance and ended up with broken lug nuts and broken studs. You would think they would have fixed what they did but instead they started to play the blame game blaming the last Subaru dealership. My rims were perfect before taking the car in. I don't understand why they didn't call me to ask where the socket key was for the lug nuts but instead decided to use their own. The manager was rude and condescending. Another manager came out and said they would cover the costs to fix things but once they got the invoice of what it would cost they stated they would only cover cost of the part but would not fix the
I recently went in for an oil change. I was charged over $100 for the oil change, but they did NOT check my fluids. When I asked checking out the service rep said, “we don’t do that here.” They also gave me a laundry list of service recommendations, one in which was over $4k. When I asked for proof, they said they do not do that there and did not have it. How in the world do they expect customers to shell out that kind of money without proof? At face value?! I am not gullible. Also, they busted out a cartoon drawing of an exhaust system to explain my problem. The audacity; and also, what, because I am a woman I am incapable of understanding the mechanics of a car?? Show me the proof not a damn cartoon drawing. I ended up calling Subaru Customer Service to file a complaint and ask for gui
I've come here a couple of times for standard maintenance. Last time they told me I had a laundry list's worth of things wrong with my Subaru, repairs that would be well over $2,000 which frankly I didn't have. I went to a different dealership where they did a full video walkthrough of my vehicle and couldn't find any of the issues this one mentioned. This one also stripped the lugnut on one of my tires and then quoted $200 to fix it. I will likely not be returning.
Service advisor was rude and didn't know what they were talking about when discussing what I wanted to do along with the typical service (i.e. wrong number of cylinders). I usually work on my own car and I should've saw that as a sign to not give my car. They also were clearly not wanting to deal with the other services I was requesting and I had to insist that I wanted it done. I got my car back with some of the plastic trim pins missing. I don't even think they did the extra service (CVT) I requested. Ever since they swapped to Dalton from Frank the service has gone downhill.
Cars were backed up in service line, very disorganized system of check-in to start. Although I had an appointment scheduled, they have no system for appointments. Then I was told my service advisor was busy and it would be 15-20 minutes before he’d be able to check me in. And, despite me describing in detail the part & part number that I needed replaced, they were not prepared for the scheduled repair and are not sure if they have it in stock.
