From start to finish, Toby, was an excellent salesmen. He was patient while we waited on my husband to respond, lol, and he knew every single thing about this new Equinox and taught me how to use all the bells and whistles. Additionally, I had a freak tire situation on the interstate less than 48 hours after buying it and not only did someone come change my tire (Onstar sent him) but when I took it to the service department and it needed a new tire and wheel, they sent me home in a rental until they got the parts in and fixed my tire. I think the service guy’s name was Tony and he was extremely kind and helpful. I scheduled an oil change using my Chevy app on my phone. It was easy to schedule. Once I arrived at Dan Cummins, I was greeted by someone in the service department. He told us to give him one moment to finish with another customer and he would help me. I didn’t have to wait long for him to assist me. Once he checked me in, I waited in the waiting room with my 2 month old son. I was hopeful that the would have it finished quick. I only had to wait 30 minutes and the had it all done. I was so impressed. The guy at the service desk was super nice, helpful, patient and fast. I appreciated them being fast because I had my baby with me.
