Not my first visit- may be my last. If the best you guys can do is to have ONE EMPLOYEE in the entire store during lunch, you won't make it. The poor employee was doing his best, but wow.
I stopped into this location today to exchange a battery that was under warranty. The young lady I dealt with named Miranda was friendly, knowledgeable and got me taken care of quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Give that young lady a promotion!
Friendly service, most staff are mechanically inclined, that goes a long way when you have to work on your own vehicle. I've never had any trouble here, if they don't have what you need, they most usually can get it by the next day. This is the only place I go for my automotive needs.
The staff went above and beyond. I was having a problem with my rear wiper and they were able to get the part to get it replaced.
