As luck would have it, no fault of Dan Haris Motors, I had transmission problems shortly after driving off the lot. Now most used car dealers would’ve been like you bought the car as is so I’m sorry for your troubles. But much to my surprise, Dan was like, if you can, bring it back in and we’ll get it fixed for you. Emailed them with several questions prior to looking a the FJ as well as after during the follow up. Quick responses and thorough follow up. I believe I got an excellent vehicle at a fair value. I purchased a vehicle from them drove it about half way home ran into minor problem. Had it looked at by mechanics. It ended up being another minor problem. They traded up a different vehicle of my choice. treated me fantastic, bunch of great guys in that dealership.

Worked with both Dan and Haris, both were great to speak with and work with. Helped me with the financing through my bank and moving through that was a breeze. They were up front and to the point. None of that "extra" that most dealerships put you through. There was even a light that came on the next day in the truck I just bought from them and they worked with me through that and to get it resolved in a timely manner. I am going through them for every vehicle in the future and would 100% recommend to everyone.
