We always have our Sierra serviced at Dan Powers. We love Kevin and Toby. Year after year they’ve provided exemplary service on our pickup. Our daughter just started going there to get her SUV serviced. Today, someone other than Kevin was behind the desk and took my wife’s order. She had an appointment. As she waited, a lumber truck parked in front of the service window. The driver came and began having a conversation with the person who waited on my wife. The lumber truck driver continually used the strongest profanity imaginable while conversing with the service attendant. Then, when the service tech brought the keys out to the attendant, they continued their vulgar conversation and ignored my wife.
