My transmission fluid was overheating in the middle of a trip I was taking. I stopped and let it cool down. Called him on short notice, told me to come on over and let him check it out. He hooked his computer up to it. Apparently I had a couple of dead birds and bugs clogging my radiator. He told me how I could clean it out. I asked him how much I owed him, wouldn't let me pay him for what he did. I highly recommend him. He was a very knowledgable and nice guy.

I had a great experience with H&W! Super honest and timely with the work. Toby kept me updated throughout the process, even sending pictures so I could see exactly what was going on. What really stood out was that he didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work—in fact, gave me helpful suggestions for things I could do myself to save money. The kind and knowledgable gentleman we met while passing through was amazing! He looked over our car and explained several possibles. While listening to everything we have tried determined what the actual problem was. He was honest up front that he wouldn't be able to quickly fix the problem but did tell us what we need to look for. If we lived in the area, I want him as my mechanic!
