"Extremely disappointed with the service department at Dan Vaden Cadillac Brunswick. I dropped off my 2021 Nissan Versa 36 days ago for a transmission repair. Since then, I have been lied to every single week. They keep promising the car will be ready 'next week,' and they never deliver. ​I even filed a formal complaint and was specifically told it would be ready today, January 16th, but they failed to meet the deadline again. As of today, I have no car and no honest answers. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a Cadillac dealership. I am still waiting for a solution and fair compensation for the loss of use of my vehicle during these 36 days."
