I went worried that my tire was damaged but because they are not profit-driven but service-driven, Mr Ali inspected the tire and assured me it was just an open cap that caused the leaked. Saving me hundreds of dollars in buying a new tire. I left the store so happy!!

Back in December 2024, I came to this shop to buy a set of brand new tires for my 2017 Honda Civic. I specifically asked for Goodyear tires in the correct size (215/55R16), and they began the replacement. Halfway through the job, the owner told me he only had two tires in that size — after removing my rims. He then suggested putting two different-sized tires in the front and back — which I refused because it's unsafe. He then offered me General Altimax 205/50R16, a smaller and incorrect size. I told him twice that they were too small, but he insisted they were correct, even saying, “Check my website — these fit a Civic 2017,” and, “I'll take you to any mechanic who agrees with me.” I trusted him and paid $930 CAD with tax. Later I found out the tires were from 2022 (already 3 years old),
