The parts department at Dana Ford is outstanding! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I get exactly what I need. Every time I’ve called or stopped in, they’ve been quick to answer my questions and provide expert advice. They consistently have parts in stock, and when they don’t, they order them right away and keep me updated throughout the process. The level of customer service here is second to none. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly values its customers, the Dana Ford parts department is the place to go!

The only Parts department out of NYC the actually has a working phone Trained people who don’t fear to pick up the phone and sell fluids. What a rare find tbh. Thanks Kory

Dana ford used to be one of the best dealership but lately, I don’t know what’s going on with them. I called the parts department, I was on hold for 22 minutes then they hang up. Then I call back again, somebody answered and told me I had to wait for my turn and put me on hold for another 11 minutes, then they hung up the phone.
