They replaced some glass on a storm door, but couldn’t do the job with the door still attached so they brought it back to their shop. When they re-installed the door is rubbed while closing and wouldn’t close all the way. I called them to come back and fix it. They sent another guy out and it’s even worse than it was before he came out! Come on, guys. Do better on the doors. Edit: they came back out fixed the door so it could close

Bought a piece of replacement glass for my coffee table. Was ordered incorrectly. Needed plain glass, they ordered mirror glass 🫣!

OMG RILEY REPAIRED THIS HUGE HALFMOON BULLSEYE LOOKING THING ON MY WINDOW FROM A TRUCK FLICKING A ROCK AT MY CAR AND YALL!!!!! ITS GONE I’m so mad I didn’t take before pictures because I was depressed after it happened but check out this after picture literally seems like nothing hit my car , my day has been repaired much love to Riley for sure 💙💙💙 and the front desk staff were so sweet and comforting when i came in full of sadness and anxiety such a blessing

Had custom glass shelves made for an antique piece of furniture.

I called up and got 3 panes of glass for my kitchen cabinets. Latalia was able to take my measurements over the phone and even provided really helpful advice for this project. She gave me an estimate which I found to be more than reasonable, and took my card over the phone. It was only a day or two later that she called and my glass was ready for pickup. Danny himself brought my order to the counter and again they both provided me with helpful advice to see that I could finish this job successfully. I can’t think of anything that Danny’s could have done to make my experience any easier. Latalia was really great and very easy to talk to, and again super knowledgeable. I’m happy to support small, local, and family owned businesses. And I’d recommend you do the same if you need some glass o
