Dan is a really good guy and mechanic! Very honest and isn’t trying to rip you off. He has saved me a a lot of money. I highly recommend.

Dan is great!. I told him what I was looking for in a mechanic and the type of work and service I expect for my VW. He provided the service and communication I was looking for at first. Then the small things and attention to details was lacking. Dan knows what he is doing as a mechanic, the problem are the other mechanics. They forgot to tighten the short shifter bolt after changing the clutch, they replaced the incorrect tire that was bad, they took a wire brush to the inside of my polished wheel to put a stick-on weight to balance the tire. When emailed a picture of the wheel damage, there was no reply to try and resolve the issue when email was our main point of contact. Dan is honest and works with you to make sure you're good with whatever work is needed for your vehicle. Very knowledgeable, fair pricing, not trying to take advantage of anyone. My first time bringing my Porsche and will definitely be bringing it back for all its maintenance going forward.Make sure to book an appointment in advance, unfortunately can't just show up and expect it to be done day of, he's quite busy but for good reason, he does great work! Terrible experience and complete lack of professionalism. I’ve been trying to get help with an issue on my car and have repeatedly called this shop over the past several days. Each time, I was either ignored, brushed off, or given vague excuses. It wasn’t until today, after I followed up again- that a mechanic finally answered and told me they simply don’t want to deal with the car. No explanation, no referral, no attempt to help me find a solution. Just a flat-out refusal after wasting my time. If you knew from the beginning that you didn’t want to work on the car, you should’ve been transparent. Instead, I was strung along and left in the dark. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values honesty or reliable service.

I've been going to Dan for years now. He takes care of my Mark VI GTI and my wife's 2012 Tiguan. Knowing that Dan installs performance parts for Audi and VW, I had Dan upgrade my wife's Tiguan for Mothers Day. I couldn't be happier with the end result and best of all, my wife loves the improvements to her Tiggy. Her Tiguan now drives and responds like my GTI. Dan, you did an amazing job! Thank you!
