Mike's Towing - Branchburg

Locked my keys in vehicle, they showed up in a timely manner and the driver was very kind. Car was unlocked in less than 2 minutes. And they were cheaper than other companies in the area

I feel they did more work than needed, overcharged for parts. Did not call me or give an estimate on work to be done. My bill was 1773$ for trans lines and an alternator. They should have given me a quote for that kind of money. They did the work in a timely matter . But would never use them again

Had a flat tire. The response time was way better than waiting for Acura roadside!! Would not have had to pay but the 15 min was well worth it!! Thank you for the tow service! I also work at Branchburg car care center and have always worked with you guys! Will keep using in the future!!

Unfortunately I had no option but to let mikes take my car from the scene of an accident. They made the entire ordeal a hassle, and despite having lovely phone operators, this respect and helpfulness did not transfer when I got to the shop. They weren’t helpful and rushed me out the day I went to take picture for insurance DURING OPEN HOURS, and I was the only person there (not like they were packed) Avoid having to deal with these people if possible.

My motorcycle started leaking oil on my way home from a friend's yesterday, and I needed a tow. They accepted the job and dispatched a driver and said he would be over to me within 20 min. Shortly after... they called back saying they just got dispatched to an emergency and had to cancel... leaving me stranded. I'm sure the police have more than one towing company to choose from... If you accept a job you should follow through. Not cool.
