Dan's was incredible to work with. I got rear-ended on I-81 and brought my car here for repairs. They were communicative and responsive throughout the process, and the people in the office were so friendly. When they called to tell me my car was ready, I explained that I was out of state due to a family emergency and wasn't sure when I'd be back. Not only did Lauren (I think!) assure me that I could come pick my car up when I could and not make a big deal about when that'd be, but she also sincerely wished me well with my family emergency. Best body shop experience I've ever had. Professional and honest. If I ever put another dent in my truck(Lets hope not!), I know where to go.

I haven't had body work done here but I stopped in here bc I had a blowout on my trailer and needed a few tools. I talked to a couple guys and asked to borrow a few tools and they were very willing to loan me tools, but even helped me out. This goes a long way with me and I will definitely go back when I need body work done.

Dan's did a beautiful job on our car. Keith was very patient with us and gave us several options while we were trying to decide what we needed done and what we could leave as is. The end product turned out great! The girls in the office were all very pleasant and helpfu, as well! I think Madison was the one we talked to most and she was very sweet!

They ordered a new bumper for my car they said they can color match. I get the car back the color was way off the car was fixed by then from a front end accident. They left damage on the metal bumper. It’s bent and now is rusting plus they glued my front bumper cover on. On both sides.
