Had my 09 Saturn Outlook Tires mounted and Balanced very organized, professional,and reasonable priced Shop. I am making a appointment tomorrow for a wheel alignment now. Great Shop 👍

There may have been some misunderstandings and a staff member yelled at both my Dad and I but all in all they bent over backwards for me to finish my truck and gave me a ride to and from home to get my vehicle back!

Brought tire in that had a slow leak(losing 10psi/week). Back next day to pick up, technician stated it had 5 tiny holes and they can't fix it. He then offered to special order a new tire for me at the low price of $235! Took tire home to fill with air only to find that the valve core is missing. Replaced core, now I see the tire has 2 LARGE holes in it and won't hold any air! Very upsetting because even with a small leak I had planned on keeping it as spare, until I buy new tires. These tires still have at least 5k miles worth of tread on them.

Figured out my issue and fixed it much faster than I was expecting. Explained pricing and options thoroughly. Didn't seem like I was getting scammed or lied to. Very polite and kind workers both on the phone and in person. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for making a stressful situation melt away.
