We all have to make money, but to charge a call out fee plus 3 hrs for knocking on a starter. $440 is insane Mechanic was there less than an hour. Never again.

Please hire more mature employees not little rude BOYS

Presently I had truck broken in Danville, VA. Towing and repair went fine. BUT truck was total mess inside, they was drinking beer inside, sleeping inside the truck ( we fount mechanic hat ) and they stole my Verizon Tablet and Headsets. Of course they said that they did not know anything about it, but I hope police will find thief. Police was notified but I don't think they will even try to find it

Excellent. Recently had to junk 2 vehicles (Toyota and a Pontiac van). Rarely have I experienced such excellent customer service from beginning to end, from the person taking my calls, to the Owner, to the tow truck driver.
