Tommy was super helpful the entire process of having my car repaired from a rear end. When I got here there was a few things that bugged me and Tommy said they can help fix any of those issues immediately. Tommy was very patient with me and helped me resolve all my nitpicks, great service from start to finish, and really good body work.

Very fast and efficient with friendly service. Was in a collision on the 4th that set off the airbag and only 14 days later was able to drive it back home like nothing had ever happened. When I noticed the gear shift light wasn’t working, I was able to take it back the next day and get it fixed in less than half an hour. Highly recommend taking your car here for any damages.

I had an excellent experience with the collision center. My insurance company set me up with Darcars after I was rear-ended and the back half of the car needed significant body work. Both gentlemen I worked with (Min and Tommy) were helpful and courteous. They use an automated email service to stay in touch and provide updates. One nit: the email I received that noted the work was complete also said I would get a call to "arrange pick-up of my car." That email came on a Friday but there was never a call. I called on the following Monday; turns out no call is needed or was going to come. That email was supposed to be the prompt for me to pick up my car. Ah well, no harm no foul. The car looks great and they even washed the outside and vacuumed the inside. A nice touch!

They don't even deserve a 1 ⭐! NEVER kept me up to date daily on my repairs. Workmanship was horrible. My 2 dogs could have done a better job. Paint runs, clearcoat drips. They Broke my antenna off and didn't fix it or call me back or answer phone. Been 4 weeks and my vehicle damage has yet to be corrected. Wheel well cover not replaced correctly, trim not replaced correctly, door seal not installed correctly, tape and tape residue left on my car, and their trash & fiberglass dust covered my backseat. Extremely poor quality & customer service. They won't be under Geico for much longer! 8 complaints in 2 weeks from what I've heard. STAY AWAY!!!!

These guys are awesome. My car was rear-ended, but these guys made everything so easy. Matt (processes the Geico claims) was great - he pre-ordered the parts so that when I took my car in, he was able to have it back to me same day. They even returned my car shiny and clean - I'd been needing to take it to the car wash, but it was all shiny when I picked it up. They even rinsed the mud off my car mats! Really went above and beyond. Will definitely go back to these guys again next time.
