I thought it was a good experience at first, they were very welcoming and seemed like they had my best interest at hand but I found that they didn’t hold up to the standard I was expecting. Bombarded me with documents and at the end of the sale stated to me that they didn’t include gap insurance because they didn’t think I needed it and when I told him I definitely want Gap insurance he said it’s was too late to get it because they already ran the numbers and also told me I had an oil change package just to find out I only have mechanical package and the maintenance package wasn’t included which was told to me that it was.
