By far the worst dealership experience, and I've had many. I traded in my vehicle, the new vehicle had a broken parking sensor. They signed in writing that they would replace the part at their expense and provide a rental. It's been 6 months, and after a ton on phone calls, and following up in person they still haven't made good on their written agreement. Their constant excuses is "oh that person is new I'm sorry" or "I'm sorry that person got fired, I'll handle it"

I just spoke to Till about my car trouble. He was very rude because I asked him if he saw their REVIEWS! He shoved the paperwork in my face and told me in a very rude tone YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY! I went straight to the supervisor. The supervisor told me in a very calm voice. I’ll go see what’s going on. I also asked him HAVE YOU SEEN YALL REVIEWS?? He said yes. I said thank you and walked away!!! I’m at this dodge because the outside doge sold me a suv that needs work done. I just made 1 year. I have a transmission leak, and 2 other leaks plus the bumper is hanging. I took my suv to a body shop and they told me and showed me how my suv was in a accident and I wasnt told that

This place is dump. Unprofessional all around, in my experience

The service department gives 💯 every time. My maintenance was completed so quick and perfect.
