We highly recommend Dario Diesel for any of your truck needs, whether it’s for repair, service, or sales. The sales manager, Stephen Carroll makes the whole process effortless. They have been fantastic partners with our company for the last 5 years. Our last purchase of two brand new Hino Trucks was nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. They also partnered us with the right company to have the trucks wrapped and then went above and beyond by dropping off our trucks for that service and when the job was completed, they delivered both trucks to our office in Pembroke and then took the time to show us all the features on the new trucks.

They were able to get us in relatively quick for a pre-buy inspection, which was nice. Jessica was very friendly and explained the process and how they go over every "nook and cranny". I was charged $713 for a pre-buy inspection that included a small sentence on the invoice of "may be loose" "could use adjustment" comments. We had to wait quite a while after we were told the truck was ready because of their credit card authorization process. When I called and spoke to Melissa to inquire about what was on the report and to notify her that I hadn't received CC auth email, she was very rude and would not answer basic questions about the prebuy or defer me to a tech. Overall, I feel like they did not do a thorough prebuy like I was sold and merely a look over and charged 4 hrs of labor. I

Brought truck in on a busy Thursday afternoon with water pump leaking. When i say best customer service I’ve experienced in a while in 17 years trucking i mean it. They got me in and out before closing. Definitely will be back. Thank you Dave & Melissa at service counter. Polite, professional, and know what they are doing.
