From the moment I pulled in to the service bay until the moment I pulled out everything was fantastic. I was greeted immediately, walked through my service, asked if I had additional concerns and brought to a very comfortable and accommodating waiting area. My service was done promptly and professionally. My tech was knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend!!

Wonderful experience buying my car and in and out without questions asked for my first inspection. They called me promptly once they were done and even gave my (much needed) car a wash. As someone who went to Augusta and Portland had horrible service, I'm so thankful for Darlings Honda Bangor!!

A very pleasant team of people who kept me well informed. The Service waiting area was perfectly suited to doing some computer work with nice amenities like the coffee machine!

Always very nice and I never felt pressured or mislead. I felt comfortable with my choices of work done on my car. As for cost I didn’t think it was unreasonable. For more elaborate work my response would be what you pay for is what you get plus confidence you car will keep on going.

I loved the detailed communications as to what needed to be addressed, whether it needed to be done immediately, if some things would be an issue in the near future. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Great customer service! Highly recommend.
