Visited the Union Street Bangor location recently for an alignment on my e-150 van. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in even though the phones were extremely busy. All work was explained and completed in a timely manner. The price was reasonable as well. Thank you Ryan and all the staff. I highly recommend!

Great service and great prices! A tire rotation for $27! My boyfriend and I were very pleased. The car was done quickly and it was hassle free. They give out these cool little punch cards for oil changes. The waiting room is clean and they have a restroom.

I totally understand accidents happen, but as a business, when they happen… you should be willing to do what needs to be done to ensure the person feels safe and comfortable walking away. And to whomever runs the responses in the google reviews page, please save your time in trying to gaslight me as to how I am wrong. Like you have done to every other negative review on here. I received an oil change Friday, and my oil cap was not placed back on. I had to then have my car towed the following day with my 2.5 year old. My car was smoking and not safe to drive and confirmed by the towing company. We came in super respectful and just asked for it to be cleaned, redone, and new cap placed, and an engine cylinder compression diagnostic test. When leaving, no one apologized. No one even seemed

Bad experiences in the past, but decided to give them a shot again. Never coming back. Sick of being quoted insane prices and being treated like I don’t know anything about cars or having my cars messed up. Went somewhere else, called around, everyone said my quote was crazy. Being taken care of anywhere else but here. I will say they have always been nice when I’ve talked to them. Reply: That only typically needs to be recalibrated if my windshield is being replaced or if I got in a collision. It should be recalibrated once a year. I do not have adaptive cruise control. $500 is outrageous. I check to make sure my safety features are responding appropriately. My sensors are fine.

My daughter's car was really loud I knew it was either the muffler or exhaust, I called them on Friday to see if we could get her car in Monday, since she is a college student and that was her only day free. They got her right in and diagnosed the issue quickly. And within an hour of that call the car was fixed. I will definitely be using them again.
