We had some car troubles on our way down to SC for a family vacation around the holidays. I called Dart and they were able to get me in within a few days and get multiple issues diagnosed. Within a couple more days they had all the repairs taken care of. With having experience myself I noticed a small issue when receiving the car back and they were good enough to get me right back in the shop first thing in the morning and get it all buttoned up before we had to head home. This shop is fair priced, family owned, and well ran. I would highly recommend them for any maintenance needs. Everyone I dealt with was great!

This shop is amazing. Our drum and bugle core was on tour from the West Coast to East Coast and our RV broke down in Conway. The Ford dealership wouldn't work on it because it was too old and recommended dart Auto. The staff and mechanics are amazing. Got us back on the road and saved our tour. We had no idea what we were going to do. If our RV wasn't fixed. Would 1000% recommend to anyone that needed work done. I wish I had a shop like this back home in Oregon.

Brought my 2006 Buick lacrosse here for some work (hearing a knock). they diagnosed it in about 3 hours and called me with full list of what is recommended that needs to be done and what is practically mandatory. Great price and done in less than a day! Also provided the carfax for my vehicle which I hadn’t had prior! Great little place and will for sure be my new go to mechanic!

The shop diagnosed a broken driver master window switch and verified that all other systems were operating properly at the time of pickup. They rechecked BCM connections, grounds, and fuses and test drove the vehicle. I appreciate them taking the time to reinspect everything. I will continue to monitor the vehicle since the original concern involved intermittent electrical issues, but at this time everything is functioning.
