Ralph sold me a 2010 Honda Fit and he was amazing! When the AC compressor and serpentine belt/pulley needed attention during my first week or two of ownership the diagnosis was quick and everything was replaced with new parts. He was efficient, honest, hospitable to work with. (photos of replaced components to best of my ability below)

I bought my 2012 F150 for 4900 because it needed as Jeff said rocker panels to be replaced. Not even 48 hours after I paid for the truck it wouldn't start. I called Jeff and informed him of situation. He told me to try and jump start it, I explained it had plenty of power. Finally truck starts, I took truck back to Dartmouth motors and showed Jeff a broken part, his fix was to drill a new hole and put a screw in, he informed me today when I called him to complain that the truck won't start that he was aggravated due to my unwillingness to pay for the part. I noticed that the rims have locking nuts and there is no key inside the truck, Jeff's advice was to go buy one. Jeffs helpfulness ends once he gets your money.

My son totaled his car and was in need of another vehicle quickly. Jeff came right to the plate and had another car in my son’s price range lined up and expedited the sale and registration to get him back on the road. Highly recommended!
