Marc patiently worked with me 1000 miles away when I bought a beautiful Porsche 911 from his dealership. I never saw the car in person before it was delivered, but I could tell immediately he was an honest professional. Car was delivered and presented 100% accurately. He even kept it safe for a month while the transportation company delayed. Highly recommend.

I purchased a 2016 F350 from Marx recently. Wonderful experience! I hate the thought of dealing with used car salesmen, most of them are crooks. Marc didn’t try to add on any bogus fees or take advantage of me in any way, just a standard dealer prep (which was half of what I was about to pay from another dealer), plus he knocked off some from the original price. I live in Idaho, and after having found the exact vehicle I wanted, I made arrangements to fly out there and drive it home. Marc worked with me with getting the paperwork mailed out so I could register before leaving home. I called several times to work out details, and every time Melissa answered the phone and just has a pleasant personality, very nice to deal with. BUYER BEWARE !! Terrible business, purchased a vehicle 16k cash from them and conveniently the head gasket blows on the vehicle just after the “warranty” period, i called and asked if there was anything that could be done as i just spent 15+ thousand with you guys and the vehicle didnt even last a full year or 30k miles, to begin with the vehicle didnt pass inspection and they never fixed the issue (i had to have it fixed). Had plans to purchase 2 other vehicles from them but i have since changed my mind based off of my experience with them already, my suggestion would be to do the same. Goodluck to the future customers of this shameful establishment. Note: melissa the receptionist will just laugh at you when trying to come to a reasonable resolution.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a used 2007 Toyota Tundra pick-up truck from Marx Auto. Marc, the owner, was informative and helpful each step of the way, and performed additional necessary maintenance after the deal was agreed to. I was even impressed that when we picked up the truck, it had a full tank of gas. Buying a used truck with 190,000+ miles is risky, but I feel that Marx did everything possible to make sure the risk was reasonable and the price was right. I highly, highly recommend Marx Auto for a used car purchase.

Friendly staff, I had a rotten section in the power steering line built and replaced. My car steering wheel or pump was making a loud siren sound whenever I made turn. It only took 2 days to repair. So far so good. Just a little noise but not like before they repaired it. They also did a multi-point vehical inspection. I've never had any of my cars inspected whenever I took it a mechanic for problems so, I really appreciated them making sure that my car was safe to drive! I will be returning for some other needed repairs in the future. AAA stands behind this auto service and I've been an AAA member since 1989
