Dartmouth Tire

After going to town fair tire in a pinch on the weekend and them completely ruining my alignment to the point where I almost couldn’t drive the guys at Dartmouth Tire Fixed all the issues that town fair said they couldn’t. I appreciate all their help and would go there every time And if I hadn’t been in a pinch, I would’ve gone there Before town fair anyday!! Thank you Bobby and Jim for all your help

UPDATE: SENT THE EMAIL THEY ASKED FOR WITH A DETAILED MESSAGE, HAVE NOT HEARD A THING! I was referred to get tires and a rear alignment by my fantastic mechanic. I went there and thought the man who was helping me wasn't very friendly. I paid 297$ for 2 tires...maybe I'm out of the loop, but I think that's high. I don't like to leave a negative review, but I'm honest. Maybe that is a good price?

I recently went to Dartmouth Tire in the South End of New Bedford for new tires and an alignment, and I have to say my experience was extremely disappointing. After paying for the work and receiving my keys, I inspected my vehicle and immediately noticed a deep, obvious scratch on my passenger rear wheel. My wheels are brand new, and this damage was not there before. When I brought this to the attention of the desk attendant (who I later learned was the owner’s son), instead of handling the situation professionally, he became upset, started swearing, and dismissed my concern by saying he could “touch it up with paint.” I made it clear that wasn’t acceptable and that paint does not fix a damaged wheel. This place put tires on with an impact gun set to 140 foot pounds, then show you they are using a torque wrench set to 100 foot pounds. What a joke. Stripping lugs, Warping aluminum rims. If you get a flat, good luck taking that tire off. Workers are either rude or illegal.

Went there only once but had a good friendly atmosphere. A reasonable price for what I needed. I had to wait up a for them to fix my car but it didn't bother me because I saw how busy it was, which is a good thing.
