I love going to Dave Pirro Ford. Efficient service. I come early alot and they manage to get me in quickly. Very nice people. Enjoy going there. I live in Auburn. Worth the trip.

I went in for a computer software update to address a Ford recall. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me.in sooner than other dealers. I did have to come back a second time because they ran into a computer connection/upload issue. The second time back they had an unexpected delay because they needed remote support but ultimately were able to resolve the issue. Most of the staff was very kind and professional, some improvement is needed with certain team members. In the end I was very pleased and felt valued as a customer when they gave me a really, really nice loaner on a moments notice, (this is not typical) for a few hours to take care of my business and errands while they worked to complete the service as quickly as possible. No issues after the service was completed.
