The rear differential in my BMW X5 failed and it was difficult to find a shop that will work on these vehicles. I received 3 quotes from other shops that were extremely expensive. A family member recommended Dave Power and I am so happy he did. These guys were awesome to work with! And they have a BMW mechanic in-house so I felt confident they coulds do the repair properly. They exceeded my expectations. Very reasonably priced and they did a great job. The customer service was top notch right from the very first interaction with the service writer. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and he was willing to let me bring some of my own parts. They did a fantastic job on the repair and we will be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on. Thanks for the great service and fair p

They were very respectful, explained everything to me what I needed to know and explained why they were doing what they were doing and found belts that need to be replaced. Let me know in advance radiator that need to be replaced. Let me know right away and I was just getting the alternator done, but they did a fantastic job. The car runs so smooth after they got done with it. I am highly impressed. I would definitely go back in fact I am gonna go back with my truck. I am that impressed by them. Thank you for doing a wonderful job you guys.

Absolutely excellent experience! From the first call to the shop, to walking out of the door with car keys in hand to take my car home. My car lost power steering and I had a battery indicator light come up after I drove through a deep puddle on the side of the road, and I managed to limp it over to Less Schwab thinking I just needed a new serpentine belt. Only to find out that the tensioner pulley had come apart, and belt was over stretched and I needed more than what Schwab could provide (no shade to Schwab). When I called Dave power as recommended by Schwab in my desperation to have someone take a look at the issue, the first gentleman to answer the phone was very kind and reassuring (Arley? I believe was his name). He told me that they would do their best to get it up that afternoon

This automotive shop is great, I've been bringing my van here for years. I did take it to a different shop one time and got ripped off from them. I learned my lesson so from now on I'll just come to this place from now on. They are kind and give great service. They tell you what's wrong and fix the problem. So if your needing to find a place to go to get your car fixed or looked at I highly recommend this place for people to give it a try.

Amazing customer service, communication, and quality of work. They worked on my car after multiple shops gave me run around diagnosis. They communicated clearly on timelines and I always knew what the status of my vehicle was. I won’t go anywhere else.
