Dave's Auto Care

We had taken our other cars to Dave’s, and when another place recommended a lot of work, I wanted to get another opinion. We trust that they will tell us what we need now and what can wait. Turns out, my car needed it all as well as one more thing. Dave’s Auto Care had excellent communication and they were able to complete all of the work that day. I can feel the difference in driving, and I really appreciate the people at Dave’s.

I had my 2004 Mustang towed into Dave’s Auto Care due to an anti theft system issue. Their techs had that resolved and the dead fuel pump fixed as well. Very quickly and at a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend this shop to everyone!

I have been a loyal customer at Dave's Auto for 5 years. Jim and the team are wonderful, friendly, professional and honest. They always provide me with a fair honest price for any service they give me. Ive never had a mechanic give me an estimate and then call me later to say the price was wrong, it should have been lower. The work they do on your car is always great. I love my reminder text, I get to bring my car in for my oil changes, etc.. I've got a 2017 Nissan and it runs great because of Dave's.. I highly recommend Dave's Auto Care

Traveling from Columbus, my vehicle shut down on the freeway when heading up to Cleveland. Since it was a Saturday evening, I knew that wherever I took the vehicle, I would have to wait until Monday at the earliest to get the vehicle looked at. After reading a number of good reviews, I had my SUV towed to Dave’s Auto. I felt reassured when speaking with Mike and Jim on Monday morning that I had made the right choice and remarkably they were able to work me in that afternoon, even though there were a number of appointments already set up for the day. They made the repair and got me back on the road much quicker than I expected and was able to make it back home safely! I would definitely recommend them and not hesitate to use them again!

I found Dave's online and hadn't heard anything negative from my coworkers. Of course I am new to the area. With winter fast approaching, I wanted to make sure my truck was in top condition to cope with the effects of Lake Erie, so I left it for a few things. Good Googaly Moogaly Batman, what a surprise, I myself was used to the service repertoire. ...usually straight to the point, sometimes polite, but efficient. The team at Dave's auto knows how to take care of thier customers. Not only did they send text messages/call to ask questions/give estimates, but they did the kind of work that is not found these days. They treated my truck as if it were one of their own. When they called for feedback, they had even taken notes on things on the truck that no one had bothered to mention before.
