I have had nothing but bad experiences with this place. Recently, I scheduled my vehicle to be serviced with an oil change and to diagnose a check engine light. This was for a Friday, with a long road trip planned for the following Monday. I showed up and they said I was not on their schedule and they couldn't get my vehicle in on time for my trip. Just left me hung out to dry with a vehicle that has a check engine light on. Didn't even offer to diagnose it or see if it was a major issue, even though it was their mistake. Now I have to rent a minivan for $400+ because Dave's could not schedule correctly. This was just the last straw. Prior to this, I brought in the same vehicle for a check engine light. This isn't an "old" vehicle - it's in good shape overall. They said they were not exac

I needed some repairs on my cars by a certain date, I called Dave's, told them the repairs I needed, and explicitly told them that if they couldn't finish those repairs in time, that was ok and I would find a different place to go. They insisted they could finish them, but then didn't finish them by the date specified. That would be fine, except that I had told them to just not take my car if they couldn't. They did fix what was needed successfully and fine, but then also gave a massive list of other "issues" with the car to try to squeeze every last dollar out of me. I decided to take my car out with just the repairs I had asked for and will be going to a more honest shop in the future.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. My husband took our car in for them to check to see if they could change out our headlights. The appointment was scheduled for 10am, they took his keys within 15 min of him checking in, then he ended up having to wait for 3 HOURS for them to do NOTHING. He checked multiple times to see what was taking so long, and was told each time that they were "just getting to it." One of the times he went up to check how much longer, he was told that the techs had gone to lunch!!!! Additionally, when they finally DID get around to looking at our car, they didn't even know why we brought it in. They asked if it was there for an oil change. So unprofessional!! They didn't even end up doing anything to the car because they quoted us $700+ for them to change out

Dave’s auto is the best place around. They make the process so easy. Their customer service is the best. They understand and they work with you to make sure you’re back on the road safe. I will only bring my car here thank you guys

Many thanks to Dave’s Auto Repair for fixing up my vehicle as quickly as possible and doing a great, thorough job. Everyone in the shop was very nice and the facilities were comfortable and surprisingly clean.
