I called Jairo’s because I had problems with my heat after receiving a service elsewhere. When I spoke with Jairo he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to assist me. I explained my issue, he took a look and told me exactly the issue and said he would fix it for a very good price. I left my car for repairs and I received a call right after work the next day saying my car is ready. I was very impressed at Jairo’s knowledge and experience. I decided after a short conversation with Jairo that he would be my new mechanic! I can’t express enough how well he spoke to me to help me understand. I recommend Jairo’s to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and fair mechanic!!!

Excellent service at Jairo’s Auto Repair Specialist. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and get my car fixed the same day. The work was done efficiently, everything was explained clearly, and the pricing was very fair with no surprises. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable shop like this. My car suddenly quit running one night, and Jairo’s was the closest place to tow it to. That turned out to be a great decision. Jairo and his team were respectful, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. He got my car running that same night, clearly explained the issue and what would need to be replaced long term, and even took me on a test drive to make sure everything was running perfectly. The pricing was more than fair. As a woman, I don’t always enjoy getting my car serviced for numerous reasons, but Jairo’s was a refreshing exception. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

I highly would recommend this place and this amazing team. Car started acting up out of the blue, called him up he said bring it in, this was on a Friday , by Monday he had my car fixed after working long unscheduled hours on it. Offered to help me at a fair price and offered future services for my son to check out their vehicles for free before they purchase them. Upholds his words, always shares stories and is honest and real with real life in this community. AMAZING experience!!!

I hit a pothole on Friday evening after most shops are closed. This team went above and beyond to find a tire to fit my car and stayed open to take care of not only myself but three others. He got me back on the road and safely to my destination. Thank you so much. I will definitely call you first for my mechanical needs in the future. If they had ten stars you would definitely get them.
