The person at the front desk ( woman ) was so rude to me twice. 1st time she said don't yell at me on the phone...I'm very hard hearing. I'm 69 years old. All I asked of this rude person was to repeat the estimate..which made me almost pass out to fix my a/c...$ 2100. Went to pick up my truck and the battery was dead. I told her the situation...she yelled NOT MY FAULT. Rudest thing I've dealt with in years. No respect for senior citizens at all. I'll never go back and they didn't get the $ 2100. RUDE COUNTER WOMAN

We were on vacation and the belt on our truck broke 16 miles west of Carthage. When the tow truck brought our truck (and trailer) back to Carthage, they pulled it into David's and immediately diagnosed our problem and gave us an estimate. It was quickly repaired and the price was very fair. Everyone was so nice to us. Before I could even imagine it being repaired, David was finished and checking to see everything was right. They even helped me hook my travel trailer back up and stopped traffic so I could back out the trailer and get on the road. If you need car repair, David's is excellent. The whole staff is great and excellent at their jobs.
