Went to warranty a battery and they tried to tell me my battery was 12 years old but its 2 years old and I called napa in center and they said they will warranty it

Hello 😊This my first time since I been in this store I came for a battery for my car stood in line without anyone saying I be right with you(my people) but luckily a guy from the back came out I guess he felt sorry for me and asked if I needed help and I said yes I just wish I got his name he was very nice and great customer service he put my battery on and I was good to go.

For some reason the battery in my truck gave out at the Carthage RV Park. I called to see if NAPA had a battery in stock. They did and they would deliver. In the mean time, I unhooked the old dead battery and tried to lift it out. Couldnt get enough leverage to lift it out and it was already hot and humid. Well, the delivery guy showed up quickly and picked the battery up out of the truck like it was a small bag of peanuts. I took a chance to ask if he would mind taking the old battery out of my truck and putting the new one in. He got right at it and I finished connecting the new battery so we could be on our way home to Fredericksburg. I just want to publicly acknowledge this fine young man. I've learned this store has things in it. I own 2010 Ram 4x4 and my wife has a Chevy Silverado Classic. They have always had what we need on hand. Have figured out they beat Autozone on prices on a lot of things. Aaaaaand they carry Amsoil products for my Harley!!. The staff knows what they are doing

Waited a long time to get waited on. I stood at the counter and watched the help watch me. Then said that they didn't have the part that I needed. It might have been believable if the guy had at least look to see if they had this common part or at least stated if they could order it or not. I left with the feeling that they weren't interested in my small part. So be it I went to Longview and got the part without a problem Thanks NAPA.
