Currently, they are working well. Just scheduled a Jeep Liberty, pull the failed transmission, and install the replacement. They have been polite, and accommodating, their shop is clean, and their customer's repair vehicles aren't staying in the parking, waiting, for extended lengths of time. I don't have the project done, so can't know how everything turns out, yet, but indications are they will try for customer satisfaction.

The secretary here is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She called to complain about me, the customer to my husband as if my husband would side with her. Her reason for complaining was not legitimate and I was able to provide information that clearly showed her claim was false. I will not bring my business back to this company. The secretary will treat women inferior in my experience and talk directly to the man even when the woman pays for services with her own money. I'll pay to tow my vehicle to somewhere else if I cannot go anywhere but locally. It is definitely better than the uncomfortable experience I had here. A customer should never be treated thus way, especially when the customer was respectful continuously.

Best mechanic around. Very great prices and speedy job completed right the first time. Definitely reccomend to my friends and family.

Took my f150 in for a heater core replacement,he quoted me one price ,when I picked it up and paid my bill it was cheaper than quoted by 100$

So thankful we have such a good repair shop in town. Honest and reliable with excellent, caring service.
