I have been to dozens of mechanics, repair shops, 4x4 shops, etc. in my lifetime, but I've never has as good of an experience as I have at Ford's on multiple occasions. Their friendliness, willingness to both explain and physically show an issue, and their grasp of suspension and overall vehicle mechanics in general is absolutely the best I've ever experienced. He is absolutely meticulous is his work and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is PERFECT rather than just "getting the job done". Even the tiny little bits and pieces he will identify and show you things to keep an eye for without pushing IN THE SLIGHTEST for additional work; rather he is just showing you things to pay attention to as you drive your vehicle. His ability to describe extraordinary complex issues in simple terms
