Brought a vehicle in to get the transmission rebuilt. Afterwards,two days on the road and less than 35 miles later, back on the side of the highway with transmission issues

My deceased father's 2002 Ford Thunderbird has been running rough for ~3 years, and we all assumed the transmission was shot. When we finally decided to take it for repair, we were referred to Davis Transmission, and I couldn't be happier. They diagnosed the issue as an ignition coil on one of the cylinders which was causing the engine roughness. The cost to repair was very reasonable, and we were so pleased with their customer service, knowledge, and work quality. I highly recommend them!

Will always go here from now on. Got a very expensive diagnosis from another mechanic and decided to come to Davis for a second opinion. They saved me a ton of money and found that the original diagnosis wasn’t even the correct issue. Was in and out with no hassle on a very big job.
