was dealing with a persistent check engine light and needed my spark plugs replaced. Charlie was able to fit me in on short notice and took great care of everything. He was friendly, fair-priced, and explained the whole process clearly. He even showed me the old plugs, pointing out how dirty and worn they were—it was really helpful to see the difference. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing reliable auto work!”
